This sunroom addition blends indoor and outdoor living, creating a versatile space for year-round enjoyment. Designed as an extension of the home, it provides a bright and airy retreat for both cozy winter evenings and lively summer gatherings. With comfortable seating, ample natural light, and a seamless connection to the outdoors, this sunroom is an entertainer's dream and a tranquil escape for relaxation.
Outdoor Entertaining
This new outdoor deck provides ample space for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. To create a dramatic contrast with the white underdeck, we incorporated black accents throughout, from the pair of woven rattan pendant lights to the mitered stripe rug. A wooden pergola adds a touch of elegance, while the no-fuss aluminum chairs ensure comfort and durability.
Living Room & Basement
This basement transformation proves that downstairs spaces can be just as stylish and functional as the main living areas. Working closely with the family, we created a vibrant teen hangout filled with bold colors, cozy corners, and personalized touches. This space encourages creativity, social connections, and a sense of escape, making it the perfect retreat for teens to express themselves and enjoy time with friends. Upstairs, we designed a sophisticated formal living room, providing a balanced contrast for entertaining and relaxation. This project demonstrates how to maximize every inch of your home to create spaces that reflect the unique needs and personalities of the entire family.
Kitchen
This kitchen underwent a dramatic transformation from outdated to opulent. Sleek white cabinetry is paired with striking black and white marble, creating a sophisticated and timeless backdrop. Brass accents, including hardware, fixtures, and a statement hood, add a touch of warmth and glamour. The result is a luxurious and functional kitchen that's perfect for both everyday living and elegant entertaining.
Primary Bathroom
This primary bathroom was transformed into a functional and luxurious spa-like retreat featuring a double vanity, ample storage, a freestanding soaking tub, and a spacious shower, all complemented by elegant finishes and heated herringbone floors.
Kids Bathroom
This vibrant kids' bathroom is a playful haven with custom-patterned blue-accented tiles, pink fixtures, a modern wall sconce, and a spacious white tiled shower.
